This moot court is one of the two internationally known sports arbitration moots. The moot competition gathers “student teams from around the world, debating complex sports-related cases and showcasing academic excellence in international sports law”. In this course, the students will be expected to participate in an extensive preparation process and participation in online moot competition rounds. If the team succeeds to pass to elimination rounds, it will participate in on-site pleadings. The course covers the moot court that will occur during the academic year 2025-2026.
The course is open both to bachelor and master students.
