CREDITS 2 (LV) 3 (ECTS) - 30 Contact Hours

The course shall deal with three elements of International Economic Law: Trade, Investment and International Monetary System. The course shall look into the creation of the Bretton woods Institutions, the WTO and the development of protection of private property and investments. The course shall also look at the rules, principles and case-law related to GATT, GATS and TRIPS agreements and those of investment protection (investment treaties, ICSID, UNCITRAL rules, etc.).
